• During this course, students will learn the core subjects of an Economics degree, including micro and macroeconomics, with examples and applications for day-to-day life, giving attention to the historical, social, political, and international contexts that influence the development of modern economics.
  • In Year 1, they will learn the basic concepts of economics and start becoming familiar with some of the existing tools for economic research and data analysis.
  • In Year 2, students will further explore different models and applications related to micro-and macroeconomics concepts and policies, as well as statistical concepts.
  • In Year 3, students will look into more specific aspects of micro- and macroeconomics, and areas such as development, inequalities and growth.
