• Designed to prepare students for a range of career opportunities in the creative business sector, the BA/BSc Business, and Management course will equip students with the practical skills, entrepreneurial attributes, and industry experience required to make an immediate impact on global business organizations.
  • Based on techniques that have produced world-leading creative professionals in a sector that is undergoing substantial growth, each unit of the course will prepare students for a range of career opportunities in the creative business sector and students will have the opportunity to specialize in one of five areas: Fashion Industry, Games Industry, Music Industry, Cosmetics and Beauty Industry and Lifestyle Industries.
  • In Year 1, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of marketing, finance, and accounting, and learn about project and operations management.
  • Students will also understand the importance of management and organization behaviors and learn about launching their own enterprise.
  • As well as developing knowledge and skills in e-commerce, students will gain an understanding of law within the creative industries in their second year, as well as an international business practice. Students will develop their own business management style and ideally undertake a work placement.
  • In the final year, students will learn about business strategy, conduct thorough research and gain a deep understanding of sustainability and business ethics.
  • Students will complete their studies with the final project, which will either evolve from their experience working for an organization or can be delivered as a business plan or consultancy project.
  • Students have the option to complete a Professional Practice Year as part of this course.
