The Brunel Business Finance MSc aims to give graduates a comprehensive knowledge of the theories and practices of business financial operations within the context of modern financial markets.
Students will study the design and processes of corporate financial systems, analyze financial and investment decision-making, and examine how firms interact with financial markets and institutions.
Students will learn about valuation, optimal capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, finance microstructure, and taxation as well as the econometric and mathematical techniques necessary to undertake empirical investigations and data modeling.
Crucially, students will develop their problem-solving skills and ability to critically evaluate and deliver midterm and long-term strategic solutions.

Academic Eligibility:

A 2:2 (or above) UK Honours degree, or an equivalent internationally recognised qualification, in a related or non-related subject. Work experience is not required
Applicants with ACA and ACCA qualifications will be considered.

Indian Eligibility:

Candidates should have a minimum score of 55%-65%. Offers within the grade range are determined by the higher education institution attended.

For all undergraduate, postgraduate, research, and most English Language courses, students should apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa, which covers the whole duration of the course. For this, proof of English Language ability is to be provided to get a Certificate of Acceptance for Study (CAS). Application for a visa can be made 3 months before the start of the course. A decision on visa status is made within 3 weeks.

Following documents need to be provided to apply for a visa:

a current passport or other valid travel documentation
proof that one can pay for their course and oneself (For courses that are nine months or over, proof of 11,385 GBP needs to be shown)
proof of parental or other legal guardian consent if under 18
proof of relationship with parent or guardian if you’re under 18
tuberculosis test results if belonging to a country where the test has to be taken
The Admissions Office will send the CAS details by email. After applying for a visa, the applicant will be called for an interview as a part of the process.
