The Biomedical, Biomechanics, and Bioelectronics Engineering MSc degree focus on advancing and updating your knowledge in biomechanics, biofluid mechanics, and bioelectronics.
Students will also receive a dynamic learning experience as they delve into medical imaging technology and artificial intelligence in image processing as part of this unique postgraduate engineering program.
The aim of this specialist course is to create master’s qualified biomedical engineers who can help in the design, development, operation, and research of complex medical devices for the modern biomedical and healthcare industry.
Students will have access to fully equipped laboratories, with excellent biomedical engineering research facilities. In the computer lab, students’ll have the opportunity to develop hands-on skills using modern computer software to solve problems relevant to biomedical issues.

Academic Eligibility:

Applicant should have a 2:2 (or above) UK Honours degree or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in an engineering, appropriate science or technology subject.
Other subjects with relevant work experience will be assessed on an individual basis.

Indian Eligibility:

Candidates should have a minimum score of 55%-65%. Offers within the grade range are determined by the higher education institution attended.

For all undergraduate, postgraduate, research, and most English Language courses, students should apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa, which covers the whole duration of the course. For this, proof of English Language ability is to be provided to get a Certificate of Acceptance for Study (CAS). Application for a visa can be made 3 months before the start of the course. A decision on visa status is made within 3 weeks.

Following documents need to be provided to apply for a visa:

a current passport or other valid travel documentation
proof that one can pay for their course and oneself (For courses that are nine months or over, proof of 11,385 GBP needs to be shown)
proof of parental or other legal guardian consent if under 18
proof of relationship with parent or guardian if you’re under 18
tuberculosis test results if belonging to a country where the test has to be taken
The Admissions Office will send the CAS details by email. After applying for a visa, the applicant will be called for an interview as a part of the process.
