Designed and delivered by internationally recognised experts, this course offers expertise in the practice and procedure before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC), UK AntiÐDoping and other disciplinary courts and tribunals, with emphasis on the effective representation of the client in the resolution of complex sporting disputes.
Emphasis is given to case studies, with a continuous analysis of the practical aspects of sports law such as antiÐdoping litigation, football contracts with a focus on employment disputes involving intermediaries, players and clubs, European competition law aspects, injuries on and off the field, intellectual property rights, sponsorship contracts, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. There are also shadowing and mentoring opportunities.
