You learn to become an accomplished and innovative commercial real estate surveyor. You will study topics including valuation, facilities and asset management, economics, finance and investment, sustainable planning and development, building technology, law as they all apply to the world of commercial real estate projects. The course satisfies the academic stage of the journey towards attaining Chartered Surveyor status.
