This course, which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing, will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills needed for a career in food marketing management. You will develop into a marketing manager that is globally, socially and ethically aware of the contemporary business environment within which the food sector operates.

You are taught by a range of specialist staff with industry experience in areas such as food marketing and branding, new product development, food retailing, food quality and safety, and consumer behaviour. The final year culminates in a food innovation consultancy project with one of our food industry partners.
