Diagnostic radiographers use the latest imaging technologies and techniques to produce images of the human body to diagnose diseases. This course meets the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Standards of Education and Training and ensures you qualify for their Standards of Proficiency for Radiography.

Diagnostic radiographers are an integral part of a multi-professional team, so you study part of the course alongside students from other health disciplines such as nurses, paramedics, social workers, physiotherapists and occupational therapists. This allows you to develop team-working skills and understand the contribution of different professionals to patient care.
