The MSc in Computer Science at University of St Andrews offers students with a strong undergraduate background in computer science an opportunity to follow their interests in studying the subject at an advanced, research-led level.
Students have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of modules in advanced topics including artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, networks and distributed systems, and software engineering.
It is available in full-time as well as part-time basis.
In full-time course it has a duration of 1 year and in part-time course it has a duration of 2 years.

Academic Eligibility:

A good 2.1 Honours undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or strongly related discipline.
Applicants to this program are expected to be competent programmers with prior practical experience in a programming language such as Java, C, Python, C++ or JavaScript.

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
