This course is about understanding science and its interrelationship with the environment. In this program, students will learn how organizations perceive the environment and the considerations they need to invest in to improve their performance. Small group teaching is a beneficial feature of this course and there are strong links between course content and staff research interests. Students will learn how to apply techniques for assessing and managing the environmental effects of public and private sector organizations.
