This program is delivered over three years. Students will follow a series economic, legal, technical design and management modules. Students will also learn about the construction industry and its legal and regulatory framework. They explore the relationship between a building and its internal and external environments. Students will recognize how to diagnose problems with existing buildings and be aware of conservation and regeneration.
