Students will build their skills in efficient construction, law, and financial management while proving they meet a globally-recognized standard in quantity surveying.
Students will be studying with an academic team of experts drawn from the breadth of the construction industry, in a university that's been delivering courses to the property sector for over 50 years. Our Professional Advisory Board, chaired by a past president of RICS, keeps their learning relevant to the needs and best practices of the industry.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
A good honors degree or equivalent academic qualification in a technical or analytical discipline.
Exceptionally, applicants from non-technical/analytical disciplines but with proven and substantiated experience in the property or construction fields will be considered.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Bachelor's degree with 60% to 70% overall depending on the institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

Personal Statement: Reasons or intentions for pursuing studies in this program, including a description of prior experience.
Official Transcripts: Applicants who have attended and/or received degrees from institutions outside the US must provide certified copies and certified English translations of transcripts or records of all previous post-secondary education and of all degrees conferred.
ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
