Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a good honors degree or equivalent academic qualification in a technical or analytical discipline (Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil, Surveying, Project Management).
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Bachelor's degree with 60% to 70% overall depending on the institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
