In ourÊ course at University of Portsmouth you will spend one third of your time in the taught element of your course, covering your chosen subject and training in research methodology, and the remaining two-thirds in your personalised research dissertation. You can study within any of the FacultyÕs schools: Architecture, Art & Design, Creative Technologies or Media & Performing Arts.

- Work with a member of staff to conduct a large research project of your choosing within the area of creative and culture industries
- Experience a satisfying intellectual challenge within a productive research community, aided by supportive supervision
- Your project will be supported through formal research training sessions such as: preparation of an artefact, peer reviewed publication, critical review, grant application, conference presentation or intellectual property submission
