Paediatric Nursing is a specialization that focuses on the physical, behavioral, and mental health of infants, children, and adolescents. This is an important field of study as the healthcare of children is different from that of grown adults due to various developmental stages that occur throughout childhood.
Pediatric nurses are responsible for helping patients adapt to a hospital setting and preparing them for medical treatments and procedures. Nurses also coach parents to observe and wait for important signs and responses to therapies, to increase the child's comfort, and even to provide ongoing care.
The child health nurse's responsibility is not only to care for the physical, mental and emotional health from conception to maturity but also to demonstrate concern for the social, environmental, and cultural influences that are known to have considerable fallout on children and their families

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have completed a 10+2 education from a recognized Institute.
Students should need to have the qualifications which meet the entrance requirements for the course they wish to study.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students should have completed a 10+2 education from a recognized Indian broad with minimum marks.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

Visa nationals and non-visa nationals whose study program lasts more than six months must not attempt to travel to the UK without a valid student visa.
