The South Wales University offers a BA in Journalism for 3 years.

Three weeks’ works experience to form a vital part of this journalism degree, and we will help students get their work published and build their CVs.
Court visits are integral to this journalism degree, as are interview techniques, which are developed during live Newsday simulations, including an annual police press conference.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have completed a 10+2 education from a recognized Institute.
Students should need to have the qualifications which meet the entrance requirements for the course they wish to study.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students should have completed a 10+2 education from a recognized Indian broad with minimum marks.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

Visa nationals and non-visa nationals whose program of study lasts for more than six months must not attempt to travel to the UK without a valid student visa.
Student can apply for a student visa to study in the UK if he/she is 16 or over.
The student should have been offered a place on a course by a licensed student sponsor and should have enough money to support him/her and pay for his/her course - the amount will vary depending on the student’s circumstances.
Should speak, read, write and understand English and have consent from their parents if they‘re 16 or 17 - need evidence of this when applying.
