This programme gives students the opportunity to learn and experiment with both ways of reading.
In learning the skills of close textual analysis and engaging with narrative form, they will become a historian with a marked sensitivity to sources and a lively and engaging writing style.
As they encounter arguments about historical causality and assess conflicting accounts of historical events, they will become a literary critic with a complex grasp of the social, political and cultural contexts in which literature is produced.

BBB or ABC including English Literature and History, Ancient History, History of Art, Archaeology, Anthropology, Classical Civilisation, Classical Studies, Politics, Government and Politics, Psychology or Sociology or BBC including English Literature and History, Ancient History, History of Art, Archaeology, Anthropology, Classical Civilisation, Classical Studies, Politics, Government and Politics, Psychology or Sociology with an A in the Extended Project.
Students must have 70% in 10+2 overall, including 70% in English Literature and History.
Students are required to have Mathematics and English Language at a minimum of Grade C or Grade 4 or above at GCSE.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission to this program.
