MS in Advanced Computer Science with Advanced Practice at Northumbria University is offered as a 2-year program.
It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis only.
Students will develop an in-depth understanding of the topics that are defining the industry today and will gain advanced technical skills in areas such as advanced programming, database systems, big data, cloud computing, machine learning, human-computer interaction, wireless networks, and security.
Students will be taught in Northumbria’s brand new purpose-built computing facility on our Newcastle City Centre campus with access to industry-standard equipment and technology.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
