• This course develops the key skills students need to understand and apply management research evidence and theory. Its key focus is on leading and managing organisations’ human resources ethically, responsibly and sustainably.  
  • Students will study key concepts such as strategic resourcing, human resource development, employee relations, performance and reward, and employment law.
  • At the same time, they’ll develop broader knowledge and understanding of the global business context. 
  • The course prioritises building professional practice capabilities through problem-based and experiential learning.
  • This approach will equip individuals with the skills and qualities sought by employers across the private, public and not-for-profit (NFP) sectors that underpin successful enterprise.
