Students gain knowledge, skills, and practice to be safe, autonomous, and professional practitioners. Physiotherapy core skills include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement analysis, and electrotherapy. As part of their placement experience, they participate in a shift pattern rota or work.
This course is approved by the Health and Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Upon completion of a student's degree, they can apply for membership in the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

A typical offer is 128-144 tariff points from at least two A levels (or equivalent).
Acceptable qualifications in maths include:
• GCSE grade 4 (or higher).
• Level 2 Key Skills (Application of Number).
• Level 2 Functional Skills.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Applicants must have:
- India Standard XII – 65% minimum from all state boards.
  Diploma from the State Board of Technical Education with a 60% minimum (including MEng).
  Holders of the International Baccalaureate Diploma with 28 points or more will be considered for direct admission to Bachelor's degree courses.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
