Corporate finance encompasses diverse topics such as mergers and acquisitions, issuing capital, cash management, corporate payout policy, managing foreign exchange exposure and executive compensation. The MSc programme will provide the students with tools to evaluate corporate finance issues and to improve financial management practice.

Academic Eligibility:

Students should have completed a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent from a recognized university.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students should hold 65% (First) first-class honours, 60% (First) upper second-class honours or 55% (Upper second) lower second-class honours bachelor degrees from a recognized university.
Students should hold 70% (First with distinction) first-class honours, 65% (First) upper second-class honours or 60% (First) lower second-class honours bachelor degrees from other Indian Institutes.
