Academic Eligibility:

• Students should have an honors degree or an equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline such as civil engineering, construction, surveying, or architecture. 
• The University will consider other undergraduate degrees on an individual basis, and experienced applicants from CME.

Work Experience Eligibility:

• Work experience is not required.

Indian Student Eligibility:

• 4-year bachelors degree with minimum 55%

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
