Human nutrition is an increasingly important scientific area Ð and the rapidly expanding biosciences industries mean there are plenty of opportunities once you graduate. You might find a role in public health; pharmaceuticals; medical diagnostics; pathology; healthcare; food production or even environmental issues. You'll develop a wide range of employability skills with emphasis on a vocational approach to teaching. If you choose to take the (optional) sandwich year, gaining industrial/research experience, employment prospects further improve.
