• Master of Science in Analogue and Digital Integrated Circuit Design at Imperial College London is a 1-year program.
  • It is an on-campus, 90 credits program offered on a full-time basis.
  • The program aimed at future integrated circuit (IC) designers with in-depth knowledge of analog, mixed-signal, and digital circuits.
  • Students will gain experience in both the practical issues of device-level design and system-level performance requirements.
  • The Study taught modules, both core and optional, are in the Autumn term (October–December).
  • Students will have to take all of the core modules below:
    • A1 LAB (Spring)
    • Advanced Digital System Design (Spring)
    • Analogue Integrated Circuits and Systems (Autumn)
    • Analogue Signal Processing (Spring)
    • Full-Custom Integrated Circuit Design (Autumn)
  • Modules are taught through a blend of lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratories. Students will take written exams on the studied modules between May and June.
  • The teaching methods of the program include Blackboard, Coursework, Group projects, Labs and Lectures.
  • Students also have to complete a substantial individual research project, which will be carried out in an area of special interest.
  • This course is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on behalf of the Engineering Council.
