Graduate Careers
You may choose to study for a PGCE. Whilst you would not be able to teach languages at secondary level with this degree, competence in a foreign language to Independent User/Proficient User level is useful for Primary teaching. Many students follow a career in teaching.
However, the degree opens up opportunities to work in a number of wider educational environments, including:
- Youth and community work
- Local authority employment
- Social and educational research
- Early years settings
