• Study business theories and models present in contemporary organizations and discover how national and global issues can affect the performance of a business. In this course, students will learn to apply this knowledge to solve complex real-world problems.
  • In the second year, students can choose from a variety of modules, such as Economics of Financial Markets and Institutions, which will be provided with a thorough understanding of financial systems. The analytical and critical evaluation skills developed alongside studies of economics will deepen the understanding of how to support successful businesses.
  • During the time at DMU students will also have an opportunity to add an international dimension to studies by taking part in a short-term overseas visit. Business Management and Economics students recently visited Berlin, which has given the opportunity to apply economic theory to analyze the benefits and costs of European integration
