Critically explore politics and examine some of the pressing issues facing us today, such as climate change, human rights, migration, and the crisis of capitalism. Students also will explore how the role of the state, international power relations, ethics, and political movements and ideologies such as Marxism have profound implications for the organisation of our society. In their second year and third year, they will have a choice of optional modules and a dissertation, which they can tailor to their interests.
