YouÕll study topics that fundamentally underpin HR management, including legal issues, economics, people resourcing, accounting and marketing. YouÕll then move on to specialist modules such as organisational psychology, employment relations, individual employment law, ethics, contemporary HRD and performance management. Once youÕve completed the Human Resource Management (Hons) course, offered by University of Hertfordshire, you can apply for associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
