- Our professionally accredited BSc and MChem Medicinal Chemistry courses will teach students the fundamentals of medicinal chemistry and encourage them to make their own discoveries. Students will also have the opportunity to study modules delivered by our School of Biosciences and Medicine.
- Our Medicinal Chemistry courses will train students in core and medicinal chemistry, covering topics such as physiology, pharmacology, and cell biology.
- Students will also benefit from Surrey’s excellent links with leading pharmaceutical companies, where they can choose to complete a Professional Training or Industrial Research placement.
- Students can apply to study for either a BSc or an MChem (Master of Chemistry). The MChem builds on the BSc course with a master's year and is a direct route to a master's qualification.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete their higher secondry from an affiliated institute.
- Mainly subjects required are Chemistry (B) and a second science subject.
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
