Why study this course with us?

The Physical Education course from the University of Chester has been designed by former PE teachers to reflect the knowledge and experience required by students who are aiming to move into the profession. All modules are delivered by experienced PE staff with strong academic profiles, who are aware of the knowledge and skills required to be a successful PE teacher. All three levels of study involve teaching experience across a range of age ranges and in a variety of activities.

Job prospects

The University of Chester offers both the PGCE and Schools Direct route into initial teacher training (ITT) so there is a clear transition available.
