The Advanced Biomedical Science programme is offered at University of the West of Scotland.ÊOur Advanced Biomedical Science course offersÊa balance of theory, practical skills and application of a range of techniques relevant to the biomedical sciences such as:
- Medical geneticsÊ
- Immunobiology
- Disease pathology
Two optional modules are offered, enablingÊyou to specialise in either blood sciences, infection or pathology. The research-orientated nature of the programme will also offer an additional option for those wishing to retrain for a career in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
