• This course aims to introduce the most current practices and concepts of supply chain management and logistics (SCML), combining them with a solid grounding in core management subjects. Students should develop the skills and expertise to think critically, analyse problems and make informed recommendations.
  • This program aims to teach students how to implement and oversee SCML strategies across a broad range of functions, involving multiple organisations and locations.
  • Students will be required to look at the wider aspects of business, to be able to integrate supply chain and logistics strategy and operations within the overall business strategy. This includes understanding the associated ethical and legal aspects, together with different models of change management and their relevancy and efficacy within organisations.
