An examination of the political and social changes that have shaped our world lies at the heart of this History (Hons) at Coventry University: understanding the past can help us to make sense of the present.
By exploring the political, cultural, social and environmental history of pre-dominantly Britain, Europe and America, we will consider some of the defining moments and events of 19th and 20th century. You can also choose from a variety of specialist subject areas, such as the history of ideas, gender, globalisation, international crime, race, conservation and documentary making.Ê
