• BSc Sports Therapy aims to provide applicants with the knowledge base to underpin their practical skills and expertise in order to become eligible to register as a sports therapist.
  • The course focuses on employability and self-development, supporting them to become autonomous practitioners upon graduation, confident in their practice yet aware of the need for continuing professional development.
  • The course builds on the experience of delivering sports therapy.
  • Applicants develop a range of treatment options including electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and manual therapies. In their final year, they will complete 200 hours of supervised clinical placements in our Sports Therapy Clinic and through external teams and clubs.
  • During these placements, applicants will work and be supervised as Sports Therapists, practicing elements of the profession that they have been taught.
