- Master of Science in Communication Technology and Entrepreneurship at Cardiff University is a 1-year program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
- The aim of this course is to provide, at an advanced level, knowledge and skills in wireless and microwave communication engineering with the addition of specialist skills in business and entrepreneurship.
- Students with software skills will have the opportunity to apply to the Alacrity Foundation to take part in their boot camp.
- If successful, the 5-month industrial project will be based within the Foundation in Newport and attract a tax-free stipend of £13,800 from month nine of their MSc program.
- MSc teaching complemented by guest lectures given by industrial professionals.
- The program takes place over two stages: Part 1 follows taught modules of 120 credits, whilst Part 2 consists of a Dissertation or research project-based module worth 60 credits.
- Students required to attend lectures and participate in examples classes.
- Learning Central, the Cardiff University virtual learning environment (VLE), will be used extensively to communicate, support lectures and provide general program materials such as reading lists and module descriptions.
