The LLM Intellectual Property Law aims to meet the needs of students, lawyers, policy makers and others who wish to study intellectual property law from an international and comparative perspective.

This programme provides an overview of current issues in specific areas of intellectual property law, both domestic, EU and international, with a critical evaluation of current and proposed regulation.Ê
