Knowledge Economy Skills Scholarships 2 (KESS2)Êis a pan-Wales higher-level skills initiative led by Bangor University on behalf of the Higher Education sector in Wales.
It is part-funded by theÊWelsh GovernmentÕs European Social Fund (ESF)ÊWest Wales and the Valleys programme, by partners from the West Wales and the Valleys areas of Wales, and by Cardiff University.

Academic Requirements:

Applicants should complete a bachelor’s degree or masters degree in relevant subject
Official transcripts of all the previous academic experience
Students should provide evidence of previous research experience

English Language Requirements:

IELTS Academic: 6.5 minimum overall with minimum of 5.5 in each subskill
PTE Academic: Atleast 69 overall with minimum of 59 in communicative skills
TOEFL IBT: minimum 90 overall with scores of 17 in writing, 17 in listening, 18 in reading and 20 for speaking
