• The University will help students to consider the cultural, environmental, technological, social, legal, economic and regulatory contexts of architecture. They will learn about its history, from ancient Greece to the present day, and explore the design of buildings as well as the technical and management skills needed to turn them into reality.
  • They will consider buildability, sustainability, and how to meet human needs in building design. And they will learn how to produce architectural blueprints, and to analyze, research, and develop briefs.
  • Architects have to switch effectively between being an artist, designer, planner, communicator, manager, and leader. The University will make sure you learn to reason logically, communicate clearly and read critically. they will become creative problem-solver who can work independently and as a team member.
  • In preparation for a career in professional practice, students will cover business and management as well as inter-relationships in the construction industry. They will be well prepared to contribute to the running of a successful practice.
  • At our end-of-year Architecture and Planning Exhibition, they will have the chance to display your work to the public.
