• Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment at the University of The West of England is a 1-year program.
  • It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and a part-time basis.
  • students can begin their studies in September or January and should spend a minimum of 28 hours a week studying.
  • Students will gain an advanced understanding of concepts in real estate valuation, appraisal, development and management, and learn how to apply the theory to the real world so they can pursue and develop their careers.
  • Students will also develop Master's level research and analysis skills.

  • This course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Students are taught in small classes and have regular visits from professionals as guest speakers and lecturers. 
  • Students are assessed through a variety of coursework assignments, including essays, reports, surveys, and presentations.
