• Master of Science in Quantity Surveying at the University of The West of England is a 12-18 months program.
  • It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and a part-time basis and also available in diploma degree.
  • The MS Quantity Surveying course is for graduates with a minimum of three years of professional experience or a qualification in a closely related discipline.
  • Through this program, students will develop a range of transferable skills, such as investigation, problem-solving, logical and systematic data analysis, information management, sustainable decision-making, and effective communication.
  • MSc students take the Level 3 and Level M modules and Grad Dip students take the Level 2, 3, and M modules except for the dissertation.

  • Teaching methods vary depending on the module but typically include lectures, project work, and tutorials. 
  • MS degree is studied full-time over one academic year plus up to six months to complete the dissertation.
  • MSc in Quantity Surveying is fully accredited with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to provide acceptance on the Assessment of Professional Practice, and qualification as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
