• Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with Accounting and Finance at the University of The West of England is a 3 years program.
  • It is an on-campus, honours program offered on a full-time basis.
  • This course will give students a solid grounding in business and law, with the opportunity to specialise in either at the end of their first year.
  • Combining these two disciplines gives students greater career choice, with routes to roles in management, law, finance, the public sector, and beyond.
  • Students are taught by experts from reputable Law and Business Schools and be part of an active community of students and staff. 
  • Students will gain valuable real-world skills and experience through study trips and business-related work placements.
  • During the degree, students will have 12 hours of teaching with a lecturer each week. 
  • Students will be allocated an academic personal tutor who will support them in their academic studies throughout their degree.
  • In Year One and Year two, students will also receive one hour of peer-assisted learning (PAL) each week.
  • Students are encouraged to do a 40-week paid sandwich placement after Year two. It can be in the UK or abroad.
  • Depending on the specialism, students could start a career in business, law, HR, finance, or the public sector. The graduates have secured roles at Rolls Royce, HP, IBM, NHS, Hayes, Microsoft, Maclaren F1, and Lidl.
