In year 1 you will explore fundamental mechanical engineering topics, giving you a great basis to begin specialising in subjects directly related to aeronautical engineering in year 2 and the final year.Ê

After year 2 you have the option to spend a year in industry. The placement is an excellent opportunity to enhance your CV, use your newly acquired skills in real-life situations and build some industry contacts.Ê

Students who achieve the required standard in the second year may choose to progress to year 3 of the MEng programme.
