- This course has been designed to prepare student for the demands of a medical career, with an emphasis on working compassionately with patients as partners, within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Student gain exposure to real clinical settings through a series of clinical placements each year, develop a wide range of skills and a broad knowledge base.
- Bachelor in medicine course at Aston University is full-time course.
- For a duration of 5 years students are taught in 2 phases.
- First phase consists of 2 years of study in which student will develop their clinical skills and knowledge in blocks, covering topics such as physiology, pharmacology, public and global health and the musculoskeletal system.
- And in second phases students` progress will be supplemented and supported with lectures, group work, workshops, independent study, and other learning opportunities in a span of remaining 3 years.
