During theÊForensic Science (Hons) programme at Bournemouth University, you willÊYouÕll be educated by professional practitioners and industry-seasoned guest speakers who are experts in their respective fields, including forensic archaeology, anthropology, genocide investigation and toxicology. You can pick subject modules that suit your own interests and career ambitions in year two and three/four, and as this course shares its first year with BSc (Hons) Forensic Investigation, you can switch courses at the end of year one.

Careers

This degree will give you a good grounding in forensic and legal principles, including covering crime scene management and biological and chemical analysis. You will graduate with all the skills you need to get ahead in the field, as well as practical knowledge of a range of industry-standard equipment. 95% of our students who study this course are working or studying six months after graduating.
