On this course you'll develop a conceptual understanding of the nature and character of modernÊhuman resource management, and gain a critical understanding of the main issues and themes in employment relations, learning and development, and people resourcing. YouÕll also explore the relationship of these aspects in context of the wider HRM function, and their contribution to the organisation as a whole.

Your curriculum, taught by highly qualified lecturers and industry-savvy practitioners, will be peppered with numerous networking events and compelling talks held by guest speakers from a variety of business disciplines. Plus thereÕs the possibility of travel in year two, as you can study the second semester at one of BUÕs international partner institutions, currently in Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United States.

You'll apply to Business Studies (N100) and then in your second year, you can choose to carry on with the broadÊBusiness StudiesÊroute or choose one of our specialist pathways which include:
