The course content and delivery on our BA (Hons) Illustration course reflects recent trends in the creative industries for illustrators to be collaborative and flexible, initiating new opportunities for shared and individual work.Ê

YouÕll be taught largely through studio-based projects and workshops, supported by regular tutorials and group reviews. ThereÕs also a lively programme of visiting speakers, practical skills-based workshops, pop up exhibitions and external visits.Ê

Our Illustration course benefits from a wide range of well-established industry links which give our students the opportunity to get involved with external competitions, shows, and live projects, as well as producing promotional work.Ê

We have fantastic connections with the likes of the Association of Illustrators, Nobrow Books, GAS Art Agency, Ambit Magazine, Penguin Books, The Pound Shop, The Folio Society, and Loop Magazine.Ê

To add a deeper range of insight for you, our course attracts a variety of guest speakers such as Rosy Nicolas, Graham Rawle, Robert Sae-Heng, Olivier Kugler, The Association of Illustrators, Stephen Appleby, and David Lemm.
