  • It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
  • The BSc Children and Young People (CYP) Nursing course will prepare students for providing holistic care across a variety of healthcare and social settings.
  • As qualified nurses, students will work in partnership with children, young people under the age of 16 years old, and their families to improve and support their health and wellbeing.
  • The course will give students an understanding of care for individuals across the lifespan and in a range of settings. Initially, students will learn with peers in the adult and mental health fields before students develop their professional knowledge, experience, and understanding specific to CYP nursing. Students will embark on practice learning experiences throughout the course so they can put their theoretical knowledge into practice providing students with a wealth of experience.
