Remarks :
I didn't apply for other colleges as I want to pursue btech in agriculture entha and I have choosen this college because very few colleges are offering agricultural engineering in India and specially in uttarakhand only college of technology, pantnagar are offering this course. The addmission procedure is that our college accept JEE mains score and the councelling was conducted by Uttaranchal Technical university. Any for my branch it also accept ICAR score and councelling is done by nta icar itself for it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Agricultural engineering batch is of 66 students with a classroom of 70+ students capacity and the girls to boys ratio is 5:8. The majority students are from uttarakhand itself and few are from other states. Yes majority students attend the classes for learning.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes all students achive summed internships .But the internships are generally unpaid internship.70%of student of btech Agricultural engineering gets placement. there is no company that hire students in bluk .
Placement Experience :
Average CTC offered is around 6 lakh per annum . Highest is around 11-12 lakh per annum and lowest is around 3-4 lakh per annum. there is a placement cell which looks after the companies and placement data of students . The process is 100% transparent
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees is 4-5 lakh for 4 years bachelor degree. No other expenses No the fees don't vary according to category but yes there are some scholarship available for SC/St and EWS
Campus Life :
There is a stadium, CCF , library , gym,Gandhi halls and many mini auditoriums in our university. The campus area is around 1200 acres. There are many food points in our campus and a university hospital for medical emergencies.My college experience is very amazing. There are many societies clubs for students to get involve in extra curricular activities. Engineering and technology society conducted a 3 day fest known as Colosseum which includes celebrity night , dj night and band warz followed by many fun and technical events . University level societies and oratory club are important in terms of value addition in CV . There is one month student exchange programme also .
Hostel Facilities :
Boys are not allowed to enter girls hostel and vice versa. The rooms are of double occupancy and in boys they are alloted according to their I'd number and girls hostel alloted by first come first serve basis . Hostel timings for girl Student is 6 pm at winter and 7 during Summers. The food mess fees is around 20000 per semester with approx 120₹ per day with a menu decided by student food committee. There is no security threat in our hostel and collegeWe are provided with geyser , wifi , almirah , study table , chair , bed and computer room, library and common hall in our hostel. Washroom are common . Around 20 students i.e one wing shares washroom .
Exam Structure :
Out college accept JEE mains score and councelling for addmission in B.Tech was conducted by Uttaranchal Technical University. Councelling was conducted in generally 3 rounds and then spot councelling was done by college itself . Safe score is around 70 percentile in JEE mains No there is no other quota or way to get addmission
Faculty :
The course was not a difficult one nor an easy one, depends upon our hard work and seriousness towards our studies. We usually took 6 classes in 1 day. Classes start at 9:30a.m and get over at 2:30p.m. We got one Lunch Break which is 30 minutes only. The teachers usually use PowerPoint method, they use white boards as well. Sometimes, they show us videos or movies which are related to our studies. We often have presentation or group discussions too. I admire all our faculties, they were all nice and good at Political Science. The faculty I admire the most was Sir Tka. He teaches really well and is never arrogant to the students, he is very understanding and very good at his profession. We have to score 80% attendence every semester in each paper to be able to sit for examinations. If we are not able to fulfill the attendance criteria, they sometimes pardon those who have genuine reasons, but if not they are not able to sit for examinations.

Maintain a good profile over LinkedIn and other professional networks (including naukri, freshersworld etc) 2. Create a good CV and send it to your friends and family and ask for reference. 3. Try to connect to seniors for referrals 4. Keep yourself updated with latest knowledge in your domain because whenever you would get a call for interview there would not be enough time to prepare. 5. If nothing works then stop looking for job and start looking for interns, there are thousands of startups in our country who always need good manpower to function but are short of money. If you could work with them then you will have work experience and good networks as well that could help you get a better job. 6. Shift to Pune, New Delhi or Bangalore for more opportunities

1.. It's related to finance and has diversified scope related to bank ,finance ,business . 2. Not so as it involves such subjects too which has no relevance with our growth in industrial field as per my course . 3. Teachers should focus more on practical applications rather than theoretical knowledge ,there should be industrial visits every year curriculum should be changed as per the changes in the environment as it involves old theories which are not applicable today in rela life.

Placement Experience :
The students get eligible in 4 th year for sitting for the placement as in any other college. There are different companies that come in college like TCS,Infosys etc and many other companies, that make good offers for some students. The highest package that a student has got is of 36 lakh and the average package of college is of 4-5 lakh. The percentage of students getting placements are 20-25 %. My plans are to get into the it field and grow myself by working in different areas after getting the degree.

The frequency and timing of exams along with our perspective on the difficulty level is more than the 2 hours The improvement in the course curriculum is that the time table is like to set according to the better timings for the students.

From 3rd year the students are eligible for internships and in the 4th year the students are eligible for placements. Dee shaw, infosys, tata, hikeedu,. 40% students get placed. I have a plan of cracking GATE exam. I am not sure about the highest and lowest package

College provide campus placements but it also depends on the scene of recession. Average package is 4 lakh per annum. I want campus placements but if not then I'll try off campus . And the college do not claim any certain amount of percentage that how many percent of students got placement .

Course Curriculum Overview :
Nursing involves taking care of people and with a lot of money soo i went for bsc nursing. This course definitely helped me fight my introvert side and interact with the real world. Area for improvement could be the exam schedules it keeps on rescheduling at times. If you study everyday nothing is difficult we have 3 exams per semester followed by many classtests.

The placement of BCA in graphic era is so poor.The highest package offered by them for BCA is 5-8LPA which is very poor to be honest and average package is 4LPA Which is even worse of worst . So be aware if you are coming for placement
