- The beautiful greenry campus. No doubt it's location is the best for study of geography. And a student of geography this campus is best for study,. Pleasent atmosphere.
- Teaching staff is supportive, and whenever we need we can go and ask anything related to syllabus. Helpful and supportive teaching staff.
- My batchmates are also v helpfull as we all are from different states so here we can see the unity in diversity.
Dislikes
- It is beautiful campus but still here ia lack of cleanliness.
- Sometimes student reached at the correct time but teachers not sometimes it happens opposite. Punctuality.
- There is no pad for girls student.there must be a pad machine.
Remarks :
I choosed this college because here is good physiography as a geo student it is best for geography. Near to my home. But technology an other things which we can get easly in delhi. We ant afford here no doubt in this university or other than this lik jnu du students are much knowledgeable than us . But still this is a central university and a diverse group of student is studying here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed this caurse because of my curiosity of earth atmosphere water,lands and all we study in geography. Almost ok but the insttuments and more practical approach is needed but our new faculty is properly doing it.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I'm persuing masters in geography (school of earth science). Masters is ni highly paid caurse but it is 2 years caurse so the addmission fee was 2700 . In this two years we have semesters every semester we have to pay 800×4=3200 . There is no specific fee required for lab , tuition and all, neither theres is sc st fee in our caurse .
Campus Life :
My campus life is best it is really beautiful pleasent. It is located in valley surrounded by moutains. In summers we see forest fire and extreme heatwaves . Here I see one thing everything is extreme in summers or winters. But in the evening and morning is my fav time of whole day.
Hostel Facilities :
I live in bhagirathi hostel. This is the oldest hostel in all there is 13 girls hostel in our campus, but still is better condition can't deny. Our warden is supportive there is wifi, pure water, but I don't like mess food.
Faculty :
In our department has 50 student and 3 professor 1 associate professor, 4 is assistant professor. And all are well qualified. Marking system is completely depend on how we perform in exams. So there's no biasness. I think so.
