- The things I like about this course is the hands on experience just like working in a professionally
- The second thing I like about this is that the chefs working there teaches you
- Third thing I like is that you get a perticular routine how to work in a hotel
Dislikes
- The thing I dislike is that the fee structure is way too high
- Second thing I dislike about this course is that after soo much fees you have to pay additional amount for clothes.
- Third thing I dislike about this course is that if the chef wants you after your shift then you have to be there may it be 12 to 13hrs
Remarks :
The admission process includes an interview with a hotel professional and an aptitude test for discount in your fees structure. Other hotel management institutes focus on all the aspects of a hotel but in this course you get to focus on the field you want to build your career in the hotel.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum includes 5 days of learning in the hotel and 1 day of online classes the study material is provided by EHL which is in swisszland which is the best institute for hotel management in the world.
Placement Experience :
The placement in this course is way better than any other hotel management institutes. All the students are placed in ITC properties accross India and if you are interested the top of your batch you get placement chance in Europe and many other countries.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees can be paid in 2 ways either all at the time of admission or in 2 installments. There will be an additional fees of IGNOU bachelor degree in tourism which is almost 5000 for the year. There can also be a discount in the fees depending on your performance in the aptitude test.
Campus Life :
Since this is a working hotel no fest are organised but you will get to work in live counters in event held in the hotel like weddings and all. The study material is provided by EHL which is in swisszland and is the best institute in hospitality.
Faculty :
The faculties in this course are the working professional chefs of a working hotel who are masters in their cuisines. The exams are held twice a semester. The faculties help each and every student if the student ask for their help.
